就在刚刚，世界粮食计划署执行主任ErtharinCousin、联合国儿童基金会执行主任AnthonyLake、联合国负责人道主义事务的秘书长兼紧急救援协调员StephenO’Brien、世界卫生组织总干事陈冯富珍及联合国难民事务高级专员FilippoGrandi在瑞士达沃斯发布了一则关于叙利亚的联合声明，呼吁让受困儿童和家庭可以持续获得人道主义援助，以防叙利亚年的悲剧在年重演！

在各方不断努力在叙利亚实现全面停火的同时，我们再次呼吁立即无条件地让全国各地被切断了人道主义援助的儿童和家庭安全地获得人道主义援助。

叙利亚目前有15个遭围困地区，受围困的人口多达70万人，其中包括约30万名儿童。近万人、其中包括多万儿童居住在因战斗、不安全因素和限制进入等原因人道主义援助极难进入的地区。

在整个叙利亚，人们因为缺乏最基本的生存条件和持续存在的暴力风险而仍在遭受苦难。我们或者说全世界，不能袖手旁观，任由冲突各方将断水和断绝食品、药品及其他形式的援助作为战争武器。

儿童罹患营养不良、脱水、腹泻、感染性疾病和伤害的风险加剧。许多儿童在经历了创伤性事件、暴力行为和其他违规行为后，需要获得支持。不幸的是，有太多的孩子在童年时除了冲突和损失，对其他事情知之甚少。

围困阿勒颇东部地区的恐怖已从公众视野消失，但我们决不能让叙利亚人民的需求、生命和未来也淡出世界良知的视野。

我们决不能让叙利亚年的悲剧在年重演！

WhileeffortstofullyimplementaceasefireinSyriacontinue,weagainappealforimmediate,unconditional,andsafeaccesstoreachthechildrenandfamilieswhoarestillcutofffromhumanitarianaidacrossthecountry.

InSyriatoday,thereare15besiegedareaswhereupto,people,includinganestimated,children,stillremaintrapped.Nearlyfivemillionpeople,includingmorethantwomillionchildren,liveinareasthatareextremelydifficulttoreachwithhumanitarianassistanceduetofighting,insecurityandrestrictedaccess.

AlloverSyria,peoplecontinuetosufferbecausetheylackthemostbasicelementstosustaintheirlives–andbecauseofthecontinuedriskofviolence.We–indeed,theworld–mustnotstandsilentwhilepartiestotheconflictcontinuetousedenialoffood,water,medicalsupplies,andotherformsofaidasweaponsofwar.

Childrenareatheightenedriskofmalnutrition,dehydration,diarrhoea,infectiousdiseases,andinjury.Manyneedsupportafterbeingexposedtotraumaticevents,violenceandotherviolations.Tragically,fartoomanychildrenhaveknownlittlebutconflictandlossintheiryounglives.

ThehorrorsofthesiegeoftheeasterndistrictsofAleppohavedisappearedfromthepublicconsciousness–butwemustnotlettheneeds,thelivesandthefuturesofSyria’speoplefadefromtheworld’sconscience.

WemustnotletrepeatthetragediesofforSyria.
